When will my order ship?
We ship Monday - Friday. Most orders will ship out USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product description.
I ordered during a Holiday/PreOrder/Major Sale when will my order ship?
If you ordered during a busy time such as a holiday or major sale please allow a little more time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Holiday orders will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 13 business days* unless otherwise stated on the product description.
*Business days are M-F weekends are not counted.
What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?
Please email email@example.com immediately with photos of the damage so that we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I track my package?
You will be sent an email once your order ships with your USPS tracking # . Once you receive this email click on the tracking # link to track your order.
An email will also be sent once your order is delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Allow 6-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive. International packages take longer because they must go through customs leaving the United States and entering your country.
Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
