Due to the digital nature of this product there are NO REFUNDS. Please make sure you are purchasing the right item before checking out. 

Accessing Your Downloads

You have 72 hours to download and save your files to a safe place before the link expires.  We will not resend downloads or links after 72 hours. 

It is your responsibility to download your files and store them in a safe place (other than your computer) within 72 hours of your purchase even if you won't be using them right away. 

We routinely close our shop and delete products and cannot provide you with the product weeks, months or years later. 

We strongly recommend you to use a service like dropbox (it's free) to keep up with your digital files.  They are much safer there than on your personal computer which can crash. 

General Usage Terms

The majority of our downloads come with a READ FIRST TOU (TERMS OF USAGE) if your download did not these terms still apply and you can read them below. 

Digital/Printable items are for your own PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can 
NOT use them in any works that you intend to sell. 

They can only be used in your personal projects.

You can print off as many copies as you would like for your own 
personal use. You can NOT print off copies for friends or family.

Can I share your files in my facebook group if I am not making
any money off of them? NO!! Everyone needs to buy their own 
file absolutely no sharing. 

You do have permission to take your files to a local print shop to have them print your items for you.

By using any of the Oh So Paper printables/digital downloads you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
