The Authorized Seller License Program is designed to provide businesses with the opportunity to resell products created using our Mini Friend® sublimation transfers.

This program grants the license holder the ability to purchase and create an unlimited number of products without the need for sales reporting.

This is a one time purchase!

The license is valid for the duration of our licensing program, providing long-term benefits to authorized sellers.

Program Benefits:

1. Resale Rights: The authorized seller license grants the holder the exclusive right to resell products made with our Mini Friend® sublimation transfers. This allows businesses to tap into a profitable market by leveraging our high-quality sublimation transfers.

2. Unlimited Product Creation: License holders have the freedom to create an unlimited number of products using our sublimation transfers. There are no restrictions on the quantity or variety of products that can be produced and sold.

3. No Sales Reporting: We do not require license holders to report their sales. This eliminates any administrative burden and allows businesses to focus on creating and selling products.

4. Brand Recognition: By becoming an authorized seller, businesses gain access to our established brand recognition. This association helps build customer trust and increases the perceived value of the products sold by license holders.

License Terms and Conditions:

1. Licensing Program Duration: The authorized seller license is valid for the life of our licensing program. The program duration will be communicated to license holders upon enrollment and will remain in effect until further notice.

2. Sublimation Transfer Usage: The license specifically permits the use of Mini Friend® sublimation transfers for creating products for resale. Unauthorized use of our sublimation transfers or infringement of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

3. Compliance with Laws: License holders are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and distribution of their products. This includes adherence to product safety standards, licensing requirements, and any other relevant legal obligations.

4. Branding and Attribution: All products created using our sublimation transfers should prominently display the Mini Friend® logo or appropriate branding elements. This helps maintain consistency and reinforces the association between the products and our brand.

5. Non-Transferable: The authorized seller license is non-transferable. It is solely granted to the business entity or individual who applied for and received the license. Sub-licensing or transferring the license to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an authorized seller license if there is a violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this program. Termination may also occur if the licensing program is discontinued or modified. In such cases, appropriate notice will be provided to license holders.

7. Purpose of the Agreement: Both parties acknowledge that the purpose of this contract is to establish the terms and conditions of the Authorized Seller License Program, allowing the license holder to resell products created with Mini Friend® sublimation transfers.

8. License Scope: The license holder understands and agrees that the license grants them the right to purchase and use Mini Friend® sublimation transfers for the sole purpose of creating and selling products.

9. Non-Exclusivity: The license holder acknowledges that this agreement does not grant them exclusive rights to resell products made with Mini Friend® sublimation transfers. The licensor reserves the right to enter into similar agreements with other businesses.

10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The license holder acknowledges their responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and distribution of products, including but not limited to product safety standards, licensing requirements, and intellectual property rights.

11. Branding and Attribution: The license holder understands and agrees to prominently display the Mini Friend® logo or appropriate branding elements on all products created using the sublimation transfers as a way to maintain consistency and reinforce the association with the licensor's brand.

12. Non-Transferability: The license holder acknowledges that the authorized seller license is non-transferable and may not be sub-licensed or transferred to any third party without the explicit written consent of the licensor.

13. Termination: Both parties acknowledge that the licensor reserves the right to terminate the authorized seller license in case of a violation of the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement. The license holder understands that termination may also occur if the licensing program is discontinued or modified.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Both parties agree that this contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

15. Entire Agreement: The license holder understands and agrees that this contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

16. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
