Terms and Conditions
Ownership and Copyright: All Artwork files provided by Oh So Paper are owned and copyrighted by Oh So Paper. You may not claim ownership of any of our intellectual property.
Usage Rights and Restrictions:
- Personal Use: You may use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Commercial Use: Commercial use is prohibited unless you have purchased a commercial license or are a member of our authorized seller program.
- Unauthorized Distribution: Sharing, selling, or transferring Artwork files to third parties is not allowed without our written consent.
Legal Action and Damages: We reserve the right to take legal action and seek damages against violators of these terms.
Modifications and Termination: We may modify or terminate this Agreement without prior notice.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Oh So Paper from any claims or liabilities arising from your violation of this Agreement.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Moore, OK located in Cleveland County, and any disputes will be heard in those courts.
By accessing or using our Artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

No refunds on digital items. You can only download the file 3 times. No Exceptions.
Common Questions about Digital Files
You will receive 3 different file types: SVG, EPS and transparent PNGs.
No. All sales are 100% final on digital orders.
Yes as long as you have a commercial use license or are a member of our authorized seller program.
Yes! The SVG and EPS file types can be modified in any design software that accepts these file types.
Yes! These files have been designed with printing in mind.
To use these files for commercial use you must purchase the commercial license or be a member of our Authorized Seller program.
Nope! Your license is included in your fee. You do have to remain current to continue using the file for commercial use.
Yes! A short blurb such as "Artwork by Oh So Paper" will suffice.
No. This is a breach of terms which can and will get you sued. You'll also be banned from shopping from us ever again.
As long as you have a commercial license or are a member of our Authorized Seller Program.
You have 3 downloads available. Once all of those are exhausted you will not be able to download the files again.
It is your responsibility to save them in a secure location.
We will not reset or resend downloads for any reason. You will need to purchase the file again. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Yes! You must give proper credit. If on social media you must tag us @ohsopaperco . Failure to do so will result in your content being reported for copyright.
Yes!
However, if you plan to purchase more than 5 of our digital files it would be in your best interest to join the Authorized Seller Program for $100.
This will give you a license for all of our digital and physical transfers.
